Structure 

I. Machine frame and beam 

(a.)Frame takes weld structure, main boards etc are welded of steel sheet and accepts stress relief treatment.

Machine surface is sandblasted and painted. 

(b.)The Piston Guide Sleeve, the supporting guide ring are inlaid with phosphor copper and lubricated with lubricating 

oil. The guiding pillar adopts the special guiding pillar guiding support.

II. Machine is numerical control system and has 4 rotary stations. The control precision is high, the protection 

is comprehensive; the structure is simple for easy operation. 

Rotary stations are driven by XINJIE servo motor (for option) and indexing by precise RV reducer, which achieves 

higher anti-load capability than the traditional divider and keep high precision running for longer time. 

Servo system achieves obvious energy saving. (servo motor divider for option)

The operation is simple and fast, the die is fixed by snap spring, which ensures fast die change-over and furthermore

upgrade the production efficiency. 

(a.)Integral fixed hydraulic station is applied. 

(b.)Hydraulic Station Adopts Open Control System, main cylinder has two-speed function, other cylinder adopts flow 

control, pressure is proportional to system pressure, which can save energy and improve production efficiency.

(c.) System operating pressure < 20MPA.

(d.)Solenoid directional valve takes high quality brand. 

(e.)The hydraulic oil return system is cooled by circulating cooling water. Cooling Water and piping provided by 

Customer 

(f.)Hydraulic station takes servo motor (for option).

(g.)The main oil pipe of the equipment is made of seamless steel pipe, and the flexible hydraulic oil pipe is used in the 

oil pipe of the moving parts.
