Product Description

Induction cooker magnet stick to the coil rack could auto load the coil rack, glue dispensing, magnet sticking, and finished coil unload.  Working process
1.Manually place the coil holder into the bunker which is in 2 column, while 1 column loading not interfere the other one
working. 
2.Auto catcher takes the coil holer and transmit to the rotary station to have the gluing, then indexing to have the 
ferrite core inserting.
3. Auto catcher takes the finished coil holder to the concerning bunker. 
4.For next cycle 



Specification: 
1.Bunker capacity: 2 column of 120pcs each side of the machine.
2.Machine takes motion control system, in english.
3.Gluing mode:
3.1 Back-suction dispensing valve is used, which can control the glue output well and ensure no glue leak and no glue
drawing. 
3.2 Gluing takes 2 axis for control, one axis to control the coil holder rotation, one axis to control the gluing. 
3.3 Gluing shape is of strip. 
4. Ferrite core assembly mode:
4.1 Vibrating bowl to transmit the ferrite core
4.2 Auto catcher takes the ferrite core and place onto the coil holder chute and press (the claw is made of 
electromagnet.
