Product Description

Coils inserting machine is to push the coils which are from the coils transfer former (cup) into the stator and also insert the wedge paper to the stator slot automatically. Parameter could be set in HMI, 

Coils inserting machine has following models, 
WD-1516-LQX: vertical type, to make coils and wedge inserting to the stator 
WD-2021-WQX:horizontal type, to make coils and wedge inserting to the stator 
WD-01-WQK:horizontal type, to make coils and wedge inserting to the stator, 2 stations (one for coils and wedge inserting, the other for the end coil and internal slot coil expand)

They have standard size machine (refer to the following table size, and following stator winding line picture 2 )and also the extend size machine (refer the following stator winding line picture 1), for size OD 330, 191 height
