Product Description

The resistance type electric oven frame is welded by the steel plate and the shape steel, and inbetween the frame is made of heat insulating material, such as a heat insulating brick, a refractory fiber, a heat insulating layer etc.

The oven body is made of refractory bricks, and the surface of the refractory brick body is closely in conformity with the plane of the crucible to ensure the temperature of the aluminum liquid in the crucible.
The heating element is arranged around the oven body with 0Cr27Al7Mo2 alloy strip.
An aluminum drain is provided at the side of the furnace to prevent the rupture of the crucible.
The electric oven and the temperature control cabinet can be used automatically or manually to control the working temperature of the electric stove.
