oven takes use of new technology of far infrared ray heating. Far infrared ray units after heating can radiate more than 2-15 micro meters far infrared ray, which can be converted into heating energy after it is absorbed by the substance which is under heating, and then reach fast drying result. So that it can shorten the production cycle time, save energy and upgrade product quality etc. This oven is composed of angle steel, thin steel plate, non-stainless steel plate, in-between frame and working room's wall is filled with aluminum silicate fiber to keep the warm, heaters are installed in the air tunnel of the working room. Air inside the oven is closed self circulation. The temperature in the working room is controlled by thermal meter with auto constant temperature and time control device together with auto stop and alarm against over temperature. It control is reliable and operation is safe.
Warning: except the special design of anti-explosion oven, inflammable and explosive substances or pressurize container can't be put in the oven. Otherwise, it will results in the damage or human hurt.
