(1)insert the B shape, S shape, O shape insulation paper into the stator core.
(2)flat wire cutting, enamel removing and U bending
(3)herotype wire fix length, cutting and enemel removing
(4)herotype wire shaping
(5)star wire welding
(6)manual pre-insert the wire into stator core
(7)flat wire coil shaping (press the flat wire coil into the insulated stator core fully)
(8)non outlet end flat wire head turning
(9)non outlet end flat wire head cutting
(10)non outlet TIG welding
(11)3 phases lead wire welding
11.1 constant current low frequency resistance welding controller, and be equipped with secondary current feedback coil.
11.2 welding transformer power:50KVA
11.3 positioning fixture support to fix wire to ensure no wire welding mistake.
11.4 three phases terminal wire welding takes servo motor+reducer+ball screw for positioning
11.5 star wire welding takes fixture for positioning
11.6 servo motor is for the indexing
Control: PLC, 7" colorfuly LCD, all cylinders, servo motor and asynchronous motor etc could manual operate individually.
Appearance: Machine bench frame is made of 60x60mm aluminum alloy, and top frame is made of 40x40mm profile and closed by organic glass and be equipped with LED.
Safety:Maintenance door and sensor interlock with it. At the operation danger machine, there is corresponding safety grid. Most machines has both start button and emergency stop button at the convenient position. Also machine has the run preparation button, which ensure the machine not resumet auto working after power recharge.
