Automatic coils winding macine put the coil into transfer former orderly, the machine is especially suitable for winding the coil for high slot filling rate, small slot opening stator, winding mode such as automatic skip, automatic cutting and auto indexing can be finished at a time successvely; parameter could be set in HMI, winding tension is adjustable, obtain continuous/discontinuous winding way and meets the 2 poles, 4 poles and 6 poles coils winding.

Automatic coils winding machine has following models,
WD-01-LRX:single winding head 2 rotary stations
WD-02-LRX:double heads 4 rotary stations
WD-03-LRX:three heads 6 rotary stations (for water pump etc)*2 pcs (single phase motor, each phase per piece)
WD-04-LRX:four heads 8 rotary stations (for table fan, pedstran fan etc) *3 pcs (one speed per piece)
WD-06-LRX:six heads 12 rotary stations
They have standard size machine (refer to the following table size, and following stator winding line picture 1 )and also the extend size machine (refer the following stator winding line picture 2), for size OD 330, 191 height
