stator powder coating machine applies heating to the stator coils by clip (short circuit connection the stator coils wires)and dip the stator into the epoxy powder bench for the coating to the coils.

Workflow chart:
2 stators for coating at one time.
heat and coating are done within 1 minute
heating time is controlled by time relay.
DC current, DC voltage are controlled by thyristor.
while the rectifier power works, and reaches the required temperature for coating, it stops working, auto start
cylinder going downward, the stators go to the coating box for coating, vibrating, lifting up and for new ones.
