Auto varnish trickling (rolling) machine can do varnish dropping onto armature , shaded pole stator ,ceiling fan stator or starter. Also, the fixture can do the rotation or turn-over by fixed angle.

This machine is designed to do the insulating varnish onto the wound ceiling fan stator without shaft.
The varnish spot of both sides fixture at the same time, it increase the capacity
At the top of varnish plant, there is exhuast blower which enables to connect customer in-house made exhaust system to ensure the good working enviroment.
