Single flier winding machine WD-4-WAM has 4 stations .It takes servo motor for the winding, and servo motor one for the indexing, the other for wire arraying and hooking. The hooking, winding, indexing are controlled by PLC, parameter set and display by HMI.
1 piece servo motor does 4 stations winding and brings by the synchronous belt.
1 piece servo motor brings the rotor indexing.
1 piece servo motor via the screw rod brings the head forward and backward with hooking.
4 pieces tensioner controls each station wire tension, and clip and snap off by the robot.
Each rotor into positioning chute (rotor slots insert that chute) auto clamp, auto indexing, auto winding and arraying, auto hooking, auto clip, auto snap off.
