squirrel-cage rotor, including aluminum and copper rotor under the process of die cast and centrifugalization.

The bar and end ring are key quality factor for squirrel-cage rotor.
Given the fact that the squirrel-cage motors are different in different industries, this series of products can test bar only or test both the bar and end ring at the same time.

For the bar of squirrel-cage rotor, this series of products test and judge the bar quantity, open circuit, slot space-factor (slim bars, bubble and porosity on bars) and deviation in skewed angle with professional bar testing sensors.

For the end ring of squirrel-cage rotor, this product conduct impedance to the squirrel-cage rotor with professional impedance technology. The bubble and porosity of end ring can be judged with the tested impedance.
