Product Description

Electrostatic epoxy powder coating system
This powder coating machine is used to do rotor slot insulation treatment. Machine is consisted of static electricity hi-pot generator, powder supply
fulidizing box, rotary device, cleaning device, powder recycling device, control box.
Feature:
It suits for various kinds but not huge Qty/kind armature
coating, manual assembly fixture (different fixture for
different size armature, and each one for 3 sets for the
regular production), then install them to rotary motor,
speed is adjustable.
Work steps:
install armature with fixture to the output shaft of the
rotary motor, start the speed regulating motor, ajust the
speed, start static electicity hi-pot, start powder
fluidizing pressure, set coating time, set cleaning time,
until the working done, dismantle the armature with
fixture, and for the shift box which goes to the oven.
